This Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License course provides a comprehensive overview of the real estate fundamentals.  This mandated curriculum will prepare you for the State License Exam.  Materials are presented in a thorough and easy-to-understand manner.  Our classes meet the Massachusetts Board of Registration license requirements.  Many sellers, first time home buyers and investors will find this course helpful.
The general content of the Real Estate Broker Pre-License course follows an expanded curriculum that mirrors the salesperson examination authorized by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.  As such, students are exposed to advanced topics including Property/Property Rights/Ownership/Condominiums/Cooperatives/Time Sharing/Land Use - Subdivision/Contracts/Deeds/Advanced Contracts including Purchase and Sale/Financing/Mortgages/Brokerage/Massachusetts License Laws/Appraisal/Fair Housing/Consumer Protection/Closing Process/Deeds/Property Management/Leases and Options and Commercial Brokerage Investment.

All Massachusetts real estate brokers and salespersons who wish to maintain an "active" license must complete twelve (12) hours of Continuing Education credits every two (2) year renewal period.  Two (2) easy, six (6) hour classes make up the educational curriculum approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.  Handouts are provided and there is no requirement for testing.  The general public is invited to attend for educational purposes.  See class content on our "Class Schedules/Register" link.


Special Topics & Seminars in Real Estate are short stand alone courses offered to real estate agents and brokers, designed to enhance professional skills.  These courses are generally scheduled for half-day or full day sessions and include a host of topics including Listing Broker is King, Listing Skills, Seller Presentation Skills, How to Work in a Buyer's Market, Negotiating Your Offers, Understanding Your Client Using Body Language and Handwriting Analysis and other timely subjects.
